Harry Enos Randall OBE (31 December 1899 – 28 August 1976) was a British Labour Party politician. He was Member of Parliament (MP) for Clitheroe from 1945 to 1950 and Gateshead West from 1955 until his retirement in 1970 (having unsuccessfully fought Mitcham in 1951). Harry Randall (actor)
Harry Randall (born Thomas William Randall; 22 March 1857 – 18 May 1932) was an English comic actor in music halls and pantomime. After performing as an amateur from age 11, he made his first professional music hall appearance in 1883, quickly gaining notice. By the 1890s, he was a popular pantomime dame. With Dan Leno, Herbert Campbell and Fred Williams, he formed a theatre management company, operating and building several theatres, including the Grand Theatre, Clapham. The enterprise failed after a few years. In 1903 Randall appeared for the first time at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane with Leno and Campbell. After their deaths in 1904, he continued in the dame roles for several more years at Drury Lane and also performed in music halls. He retired in 1913. Harry W. Randall Jr. (December 20, 1915 – November 11, 2012) served in the Abraham Lincoln Brigade and was the Chief Photographer of the Photographic Unit of the XV International Brigade. Early life Randall was born in December 1915 in Spokane, Washington and raised in Portland, Oregon. He was the oldest of three children born to Harry W. Randall Sr., an insurance adjuster, and Frances E. Randall, a schoolteacher. As a young man he developed an interest in motion pictures and, after graduating from Grant High School in 1934, enrolled in Reed College in Portland. While there he was drawn into a world of political action, joining with other progressive students on campus to support labor causes and to protest the rise of fascism in Europe. He collected food for striking maritime workers in 1934 and distributed leaflets at a lumber-workers strike in 1935. Harry Alan J. Randall (born 18 December 1997) is an English professional rugby union player who plays as a scrum-half for Bristol Bears in Premiership Rugby. Harry Randall is the younger brother of Jake Randall, the Scarlets youngest ever player. Club career Randall was born in Slough, England, but moved aged four to the Amman Valley, Wales. He first played rugby at Tycroes. He played for Llandovery College and Wales under-16s. At 17 Randall joined Hartpury College and played for England under-18s. He signed for Bristol in 2018 and was described by the ''Bristol Post'' as "one of the most exciting young talents in the country". Henry Goldney Randall (8 August 1808, in Little Bedwyn, Wiltshire – 8 August 1881) was Archdeacon of Bristol from 1873 until his death at his residence at Christian Malford. Randall was the second son of Richard Randall of Old Jewry, London. He was educated at St John's College, Oxford, The Queen's College, Oxford and the London College of Divinity. He was ordained deacon in 1834 and priest in 1836. He was vicar of St Mary Redcliffe from 1865 until 1877, and an Honorary Canon of Bristol Cathedral from 1868. From 1877 until his death he was rector of Christian Malford, Wiltshire.
